1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bx999.club website (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "bx999", or "we"), you ("the Player", "the User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of bx999 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and bx999 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements. These Terms are written in English, and the English-language version shall prevail in the event of any dispute arising from translation.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

bx999 is strictly an 18+ platform. Only individuals who are at least 18 years of age are permitted to register an account, make deposits, place wagers, or redeem bonuses on bx999.club. This age restriction is absolute and applies to all players regardless of their location, payment method, or game category.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to use bx999, you must confirm that:

Any player found to be under 18 years of age will have their account immediately and permanently closed. Any funds in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the originating payment method. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

3 Account Registration

KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport) and a recent selfie. KYC documents are reviewed within 24 hours. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in withdrawal holds until the verification is satisfactorily concluded.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bx999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bx999 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals on its side; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits may apply per payment method and are displayed at the cashier.

• Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and the associated bx999 account may be suspended.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.

4.4 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records on bx999 are displayed and processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). bx999 does not operate multi-currency accounts. If you make a payment via an international card that processes in a foreign currency, the conversion to BDT is handled by your card issuer and bx999 accepts no liability for exchange-rate fluctuations or associated fees.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

• Using bonus funds to place opposing bets ("arbitrage") that minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements.
• Colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements through coordinated betting patterns.
• Using automated software or scripts to generate wagers for the purpose of clearing bonus requirements.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

bx999 runs additional promotional campaigns aligned with key events in the Bangladeshi calendar, including the BPL cricket season, Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), and major ICC tournaments. These promotions are available exclusively to registered players and are subject to their own individual terms published at the time of the promotion.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

bx999 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment. All game outcomes on the Platform are determined by independently tested systems that are free from manipulation.

6.1 Random Number Generators (RNGs)

RNG certification ensures that game outcomes cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by bx999, the player, or any third party.

6.2 Live Casino Games

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using bx999, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with all applicable laws and the standards of fair play set out in these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud bx999 or other players, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks after receiving winnings, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform for any purpose.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional competition.

• Money laundering: Using bx999 as a vehicle to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising the origin of illegally obtained money.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward bx999 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Exploiting software errors: Intentionally exploiting any bug, glitch, or error in the Platform software to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from known software exploits will be voided.

bx999 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your bx999 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text address — not a clickable link). Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no funds are subject to active wagering requirements.

8.2 Closure for Responsible Gaming

Players who wish to self-exclude from bx999 for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion through their account settings or via our support team. 8.3 Involuntary Suspension or Closure

bx999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice if:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering is identified.
• The player is identified as being under 18 years of age.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requires the closure.

In the event of involuntary closure due to proven fraud or terms violations, bx999 may forfeit any remaining balance in the account. In all other cases of involuntary closure, legitimate balances will be returned to the player.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bx999 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

bx999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content on the Platform.
• Technical malfunctions, server failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond bx999's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard).

bx999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the nature of the claim (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise).

10 Intellectual Property

All content on bx999.club — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of bx999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bx999.
• Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data-gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or server.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used to operate the Platform.

Third-party game content displayed on bx999 (including games by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is used by bx999 under commercial licence agreements.

11 Privacy & Data Use
